Excellent Book on a troublesome Subject

Although titled "Distribution" this book extremely refers to the whole transmission-substation-distribution system. This book is extraordinarily well organized and is each a reference book and a tutorial for self study. As a reference, it's a lengthy index and smart wise organization of topics, thus it's simple to leap right to the item desired. As a tutorial it extremely shines attributable to its organization and an easy, direct form of writing.
