GIS for Managers, Not for Teckies

This book starts off saying 'If you are holding his book, maybe it's as a result of you have been charged with launching or implementing a geographic info system a GIS for your organization.' That single sentence virtually sums up the intent, the meant audience, and therefore the direction that this book takes.
This is a replacement paperback edition that has been updated in response to client input and with information updated to replicate happenings since the last edition. the majority of the book hasn't modified that a lot of, in the end the essential ideas of what GIS will do for you and the way to implement it haven't modified that a lot of.
